I already know I’m crazy, therefore I’m not crazy. But the wheels seem kinda off, the driver’s side. The steering wheel is straight, but just lookatit!!
Do you see it?

You’re standing verrrrrrry slightly off-center... making that driver side tire look off. It isn’t. I feel that way sometimes about my lil Fiesta, but it’s just optical tricks.

Yes. The wheels are off. You’ll have to pull off each one and shave a few thousands off each tie rod end until they are correct. Should take you about 9 hours or so. Good luck!

Or just adjust the tie rod ends properly.

Your vehicle could have an acceptable amount of toe-out(I don’t know ST alignment specs) that your OCD eye is picking up. The straight wheel represents slack/slop/tolerance stackup in the steering, most probably from a u-joint.
Try an alignment to check if it within spec. If it is, learn to deal with it.
